PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Please allow up to 10 business days lead time for production. As each order begins to be processed as soon as it is placed, we are unable to change or cancel orders for any reason.

Shipping is FREE within the continental US and Canada. No customs or duties will be charged when shipping to either country. Once an order ships, you will receive an email notification with a UPS or USPS tracking number. You can monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided. Typical shipping times are between 4-6 business days, however due to COVID-19 shipments can be delayed without notice.

RETURNS

As each order is custom printed we are unable to accept returns or cancellations. Each order is quality inspected prior to shipping to ensure that they are in perfect condition and free of defects. However, if your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please be aware that colors can vary based on the device or monitor you are using. Refunds will not be issued based on variance in color.
